Returns

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Shipping Responsibility
PepPlanet is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
PepPlanet is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact PepPlanet before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
