All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of laboratory research compounds, all sales are final. PepPlanet does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only, and customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are appropriate for their intended research applications before completing a purchase.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

All products sold by PepPlanet are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are not for human consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By purchasing from this website, the customer acknowledges that they are a qualified research professional, laboratory representative, or trained individual familiar with the proper handling and use of laboratory research compounds.

Customers assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of any products purchased.

Returns

Due to the need to maintain strict product integrity and quality standards, returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect usage or storage by the customer

  • Misinterpretation of product specifications

  • Refusal of delivery by the customer

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To review your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A description of the issue

If the claim is verified, PepPlanet may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Provide store credit

Refunds are generally not issued unless required by law.

PepPlanet reserves the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient documentation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping Responsibility

PepPlanet is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

PepPlanet is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact PepPlanet before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Refusal of future orders

  • Submission of evidence to financial institutions to dispute the claim

PepPlanet reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses, fees, and administrative costs associated with fraudulent disputes.
