SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipment.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic orders (United States): 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
PepPlanet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• shipping carriers
• customs processing
• weather conditions
• holidays
• incorrect shipping information
• events outside our control
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
PepPlanet is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping carrier and the customer.
PepPlanet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
PepPlanet is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal to import and possess in their country.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• your order number
• photos of the damaged package
• photos of the product
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
